Sagarika Ghatge ( 8 January 1986 ) is a Marathi speaking Indian actress who portrayed the role of Preeti Sabharwal, a member of the Indian women's national hockey team, in the 2007 hit film, Chak De India. She was born in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, and is daughter of Vijayendra Ghatge, an actor. She was a hockey player while in school at Mayo College Girls School. As a result of her role in Chak De India, Ghatge has become a representative for Reebok.

Sagarika has completed Kishore Namit Kapoor's acting training course. She has also done many photoshoots before and after Chak-De India.
